モバイル広告のKargo、新たなCBOにRubicon ProjectでSVPであったChandler氏を任命

2016.12.26

Kargo, the leader in mobile brand advertising, today announced the appointment of Adam Chandler to Chief Business Officer.

As Kargo’s first ever CBO, Chandler will oversee key operational functions and Kargo’s revenue streams across its direct, programmatic and self-service businesses. Chandler will be based out of Kargo’s New York office and will report to Founder and CEO, Harry Kargman.

Adam joins Kargo directly from Rubicon Project, where he most recently served as SVP of Revenue. In this role, Adam led Rubicon’s largest revenue stream efforts across DSPs, agencies and marketers, overseeing more than $600M in annualized revenue. He also played instrumental roles in securing key partnerships and distributing Rubicon’s technology. Prior to that, Adam held a number of roles successfully scaling the growth of companies in the digital, mobile and programmatic spaces such as Millennial Media, Jumptap and Yahoo!.

“During the last fifteen years, Adam has consistently bridged the gap between new technology and the world’s largest advertisers, and we’re thrilled to have such an innovative thinker join the Kargo family,” said Kargman. “Adam will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and help our clients execute compelling mobile campaigns within premium content environments that align with their image.”

Chandler said, “Throughout my career, I’ve gravitated toward companies that are at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, and Kargo is no exception. I’m looking forward to using my experience in the tech, mobile and AI industries to further Kargo’s exciting portfolio of products.”

Kargo is the only mobile advertising company that creates rich-media campaigns for 200+ brands (including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Verizon and L’Oréal) and partners exclusively with an alliance of handpicked publishers (such as Hearst, The New York Times and CBS Interactive) – reaching an audience that rivals Google and Facebook in terms of scale.

Chandler joins Kargo following a record-breaking year during which the company expanded internationally, launched its programmatic and software businesses and completed its first major mobile ad research initiative.
