IgnitionOne、昨年買収したAdJugの統合事業が完了

Digital marketing solutions firm IgnitionOne – part of Japanese ad giant Dentsu – has appointed Michael Stephanblome as its UK Managing Director, as it completes the integration of his advertising exchange AdJug into its platform.

AdJug was acquired in August 2011 and as of today is rebranded as part of IgnitionOne, whose Digital Marketing Suite enables customers to track and attribute performance across the search, social, mobile and display channels. Adjug has added its Personalised Dynamic Creative Targeting, SMART Retargeting, Look-alike Targeting, and Video CPE to the mix.

Stephanblome was Director of Marketing at eBay and MD of Gumtree before co-founding AdJug in 2007. He comments: ‘Since the AdJug acquisition last year, we have worked as two businesses focused on delivering the integration of our proprietary technologies to provide clients with one integrated, enhanced solution… We can now holistically address increasing advertiser demand for one integrated solution for digital marketing across search, display and Facebook.’ Will Margiloff, IgnitionOne CEO, says Stephanblome will be ‘instrumental in leading IgnitionOne’s presence in the UK and helping to expand our reach and product offerings.’
