Tapad, the leader in cross-device marketing technology, appoints Jay Hultgren as Senior Director, Sales of its newly opened Minneapolis office. The move continues Tapad’s substantial 2014 growth, which also includes new locations in Toronto, Frankfurt and London. This brings Tapad’s total global offices to twelve.

In Minneapolis, Hultgren will grow Tapad’s presence in the market, working with the city’s sizeable agency community and the major CPG and consumer retail brands headquartered there.

Hultgren was previously Director of Regional Sales at Evolve Media, a publisher of enthusiast destination sites for men and women and developer of proprietary ad formats. Within three years, he significantly increased revenues and the number of agency clients at Evolve. Prior to that, Hultgren held account executive positions with Specific Media and Media News Group Interactive, both in the Minneapolis area.

“Jay is an expert on the Minneapolis media landscape, and we are lucky to have him,” said Jim Clark, Tapad SVP Global Sales. “We’re eager to bring unified cross-screen campaigns to one of the country’s vital advertising markets, which also happens to be home to some of America’s strongest brands.”
